Patong Beach

Patong beach is arguably the most 'western' beach in Phuket and as such is a magnet for tourists of  all ages.

Patong is a densley populated tourist strip. The hustle and bustle of Patong streets provide a backdrop for the golden sands. Water sports, parasols, sun loungers, beach volleyball are all found here.  Older kids will love the availability of water sports whilst smaller children will be pleased to discover the children's playground located at the northern end of the beach. The great thing about Patong beach is that even the fussiest children will be happy at lunctime given the wide choice of restaurants (yes even Mcdonalds).
