Does anyone know if there are any ante-natal classes in English in Phuket? Thanks

Hi Anna

I have a number for an Australian Midwife called Ela Forest 02 66795638. Email: birth@majikfaerie.com.

She does not live here permanently but visits very regularly and comes highly recommended by a few different people.

I had my son at Bangkok Phuket which is supposed to be international but did NOT run ante natal classes.I'm not sure if they've managed to get their act together yet. However, I agree with Sarah that a good yoga teacher may be able to help.

Good luck.

Hi Anna,
I think Lesley from ABC nursery has a contact number for a phuket based farang midwife. Other than that, you can ask a yoga teacher for some breathing lessons.

I heard that Bangkok Phuket hospital were thinking of starting some but not sure how far they got so you might want to check with them.
